A gas line in the basement of the Mutual Federal Bank on West Market Street, Warsaw, has been cut resulting in a gas leak. At this time, the leak has been secured and both workers at the bank and clients are able to enter.

The Warsaw-Wayne Township Fire Territory was on scene earlier and the building was evacuated. According to fire officials, maintenance crews working inside cut the line. The outside gas line has been secured.

NIPSCO arrived on scene at approximately 2:09 p.m. and assisted with repairs.
