What was once was a “before-its-time” grocery store is now a “right-on-time” medical facility and office space that the public is invited to tour.

The former Arthur’s Fresh Market building located at 107 W. Pickwick Dr., Syracuse, is a newly renovated office building. The first tenant is local physician Dr. John Kratzer.

The public is invited to attend an open house for the building, hosted by Great Lakes Capital Development and DJ Construction Company, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15. Following a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3:45 p.m., catered sandwiches and other refreshments will be provided.
