Victoria Biddle, an incoming freshman at Tippecanoe Valley High School this fall, has been working on more than just preparing for her high school experience. Biddle recently took part in a 4 day leadership experience at the National Young Leaders State Conference.

According to Biddle, the event was held at O’Hare in Chicago from July 11-14 and consisted of a series of lessons and group activities.

“Each day (of the conference) was filled with different leadership building lessons and group building activities. Some of the various topics discussed were active listening, the gift of feedback, appreciating diversity, conflict resolution, group dynamics, leadership navigation, presentation skills, responsible decision making and project planning,” stated Biddle.
