NORTH WEBSTER – The Heat Waves were the hottest team in North Webster Saturday afternoon.

Piggybacking a championship Thursday night in the North Webster sand volleyball league tournament, The Heat Waves took down all opposition Saturday, culminated by a 20-22, 21-14, 15-11 Dixie Days championship win against the Willis Park & Recreation team.

The double-elimination tournament featured six teams, including all five from the North Webster league as well as Willis, which was comprised of players from Indianapolis and Michigan.
