Habitat for Humanity of Kosciusko County accepts donated materials and goods and is having a sale this Thursday through Saturday, July 25-27. The sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day to raise funds.

Sale items will include kitchen cabinets, appliances, windows, doors and more. There will also be countertops, vanities, light fixtures, garage doors and openers, bed frames, patio furniture, fiberglass showers, a cast iron bath tub and 14 rafters for a garage. Even the kitchen sink, all 18 of them, are for sale!

The Habitat sale is located at the TranZstar Transportation & Warehouse facility at 1406 W. Winona Ave., enter the overhead door facing east.The funds raised through the sale will help Habitat build more homes in the community. Habitat is the ultimate private solution to homeownership for lower income families across the globe. Partner families pay for the home through a 20-year to 25-year interest free mortgage allowing the proceeds from the repayment of the loan to build more homes in the future and must also put in 250 hours of sweat equity per able bodied adult in the household.
