The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has announced that applications are available online for deer reduction hunts in Indiana state parks.

The hunts will be held this year on Nov. 18-19 and Dec. 2-3.

Hunters should view details before applying at dnr.IN.gov/fishwild/5834.htm. Requirements include that hunters must be Indiana residents and must be at least 18 years old by Nov. 18.

Deer hunt reduction applications are available at IndianaOutdoors.IN.gov.

The application deadline is Aug. 25.
