Make plans to experience free outdoor entertainment from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday with a free show by The Junk Yard Band at Georgetown Square Shopping Center, 6400 East State Blvd. in Fort Wayne.

The Junk Yard Band will play classic rock, oldies and party rock. They’ll share the stage with the Those Guys (barber shop quartet). Concert goers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets, but coolers are prohibited.Kids’ activities will include face painting, games and more. Classic cars from local clubs will be displaying their cars. Georgetown Subway and Bandido’s restaurant will be offering food and drink for sale.In case of inclement weather, performances will move indoors to the Georgetown Bowl.The concert series is organized by the Georgetown Merchants Association, as part of its year-round efforts to give back to the Georgetown community.
