Valerie Faith Reed, 3 weeks, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at I.U. Health in Indianapolis, Ind.

She was born May 29, 2013, at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind., to Aaron M. & Kim L. (Wolfe) Reed.

She is survived by her parents: Aaron and Kim Reed, Syracuse; a sister: Zoey Reed, Syracuse; paternal grandparents: Kevin Reed, Nappanee, Ind.; and Teresa Reed, White Pigeon, Mich.; and Cheryl Reed, Goshen, Ind.; maternal grandparents: Robert and Brenda Wolfe, Syracuse; paternal great-grandmother: Marlene D’hase, Michigan;
maternal great-grandparents: Robert and Donna Wolfe, Syracuse; and Elnore Tigner, Fort Wayne, Ind.; and aunts and uncles: Kyle Reed, Goshen; Dustin Wolfe, Syracuse; and Krista Wolfe.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Memorial services will follow at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Judy officiating. Private family burial will take place in the Syracuse Cemetery.
