The following individuals were recently booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
June 17, 2013

  • Trevor Wray Burgess, 20, 3100 Frontage Rd., Lot 68, Warsaw, arrested for child molesting with a child under the age of 14. $10,000
  • Donna Elayne Everage, 20, 848 E. Raintree Rd., Warsaw, arrested for dealing in a Schedule IV controlled substance. $500
  • Daniel Ray Allen, 61, 12425 Dunn Rd., Mishawaka, arrested for OWI with a BAC of .08 to .14 percent. No bond noted
  • James Luther Harrell, 23, 3265 S. SR 25, Warsaw, arrested for dealing/delivering / manufacturing methamphetamine. $10,000
  • Scott E. Mickley, 52, 8075 W. Melwood Park Dr. South, Kimmell, arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor. $1,000

June 16, 2013

  • Aaron Eguene Miller, 34, 501 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for habitual traffic violator and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,000
  • Chris Allen Jayne, 21, 305 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $500
  • Adam Michael Schmidt, 29, 2505 E. 67th St., Anderson, arrested on a warrant. No bond
  • Bradley Matthew Prater, 19, 730 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and illegal consumption. Bond: $1,050
  • Dustin Marshal Boyer, 23, 206 N. West St., Milford, arrested for OWI refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $1,000
  • Justin Blake Rogers, 18, 503 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, arrested for OWI in a reckless manner, illegal consumption and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $550

June 15, 2013

  • Brandon Lee Kistler, 30, 1612 Tippecanoe Dr. Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or more and OWI per se. Bond: $550
  • Hector Ariel Argumedo, 18, 340 E. Levi Lee Rd. Lot 200, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption. Bond: $300
  • Joaquin Achuahuitl, 19, 105 E. Melbourne Ave., Peoria, Ill., arrested for contributing the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $500
