Paul G. Shumaker, 54, of Warsaw, Ind., died at 3:45 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

He was born at Huntington, Ind., on Oct. 19, 1958, to Billy G. and Jacqueline L. (Collins) Shumaker. On Oct. 24, 2004, he married Jenny L. (Meade) Geiger.

Paul was a 1977 graduate of Manchester High School and was employed at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., Warsaw. He enjoyed spending time with his grandsons and family, gardening, fishing, watching wildlife and watching wrestling on TV.

He is survived by his wife: Jenny Shumaker, Warsaw; his father: Billy G. Shumaker, North Manchester, Ind.; two stepsons: Glenn M. Geiger and Richard A. Geiger, both of Warsaw; two grandsons: Adrian I. Geiger and Kamran K. Geiger, both of Warsaw; a brother: Frank (Sharon) Shumaker, Columbia City, Ind; two sisters: Peggy (Vaughn) Callahan, Huntington; and Betty Gressley, North Manchester.

He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother: Jan Shepherd.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, at McKee Mortuary, 1401 SR 114 W., North Manchester. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 29, in the funeral home. Pastor Kent Harting will officiate the service and burial will follow in Laketon Cemetery, Laketon, Ind.
