Infant Lily Ella Bellamy, 55 minutes old, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 7:40 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2013, in Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.

Lily was born to Tim Leeman, Logansport, Ind.; and April Bellamy, Warsaw.

She is survived by her parents; two sisters: Kiriana Kinzer, Logansport; and Olivia Kinzer, Logansport; a brother: William Kinzer, Logansport; grandmother and step-grandfather: Marsha (James) Kellogg, Warsaw; and grandfather and step- grandmother: David (Rosemary) Bellamy, Rochester.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw.
