Whitko Community Schools announces a Title I Parent Feedback Night on Monday, April 29. From 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. the event will take place at the Whitko Administration Building, 432 S. First St., Pierceton.

Parents of students at Pierceton Elementary School and Title 1 students at South Whitley Elementary School, are welcome to come give input on developing and reviewing Title 1 district-wide parent involvement policies and activities. Parents will have the opportunity to give feedback in an informal setting and light refreshments will be served.

Draft of policies developed as a result of the meeting will be posted to the school corporation’s website in early May for additional feedback. Parents who are interested in attending the April 29 meeting can RSVP to Kim Umbaugh at the Special Servics Office at 574-594-1687 Ext. 5138.
