Pilates Reformer Sessions At Collier’s School Of Dance
“I have enjoyed the benefits of Pilates for the past five years and I am excited to announce that my instructor, Mary Beth Clark, will now be offering private and duet sessions at our studio,” says Debra Collier.
The Pilates Method is a revolutionary concept designed to develop the body as a whole. This mind-body fitness approach lets you achieve flexibility, strength and muscle balance as it emphasizes control, for long, lean muscles.
“It is an extremely flexible exercise system that can be modified to accommodate a range of ability levels from beginners to advanced. Mary Beth offers sessions to allow the clients to have a workout that is customized for their capabilities,” says Collier. The sessions will utilize the Reformer and Wunda chair.
Symbionics owner and operator, Mary Beth Clark, is a Physical Mind Institute certified Pilates Instructor. She has studied extensively with master Pilates trainers in Toronto, Canada, and in numerous American cities over the last 13 years. She regularly attends workshops to provide her clients with the latest advances in the Pilates Method.
The studio will be holding demonstrations from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 20. Collier says, “This will be an opportunity for people to meet Mary Beth, see how the reformer works, and what Pilates has to offer them.” Sessions will be offered at Debra Collier’s School of Dance on Thursday mornings and afternoons.
Clients may contact Mary Beth Clark at 260-433-2622 to schedule a session. Additional information is available at collierdance.com and at the studio, 1269 Husky Trail, Warsaw.
