AKRON – The heavy rains have forced the postponement of several prep athletic events tonight (April 16) involving Tippecanoe Valley High School due to wet field conditions.

Valley has announced that its home varsity baseball game versus Warsaw, which was rescheduled from last week, has been postponed again. Also, Valley has postponed its varsity softball game at home versus Culver Academy and its home girls tennis match versus LaVille.

The Valley junior varsity baseball game at Rochester has also been postponed tonight.

The track meets at Northfield tonight have also been postponed due to weather.

No make-up dates were announced yet for any of the contests.

Tippecanoe Valley Middle School has also announced that its’ track meet at Triton tonight is postponed. The meet is rescheduled for April 29. The golf practice at Waldo for tonight for TVMS is also cancelled.
