Crownover Jewelry Announces Closing
After 92 years in business, Crownover Jewelry will be closing its doors. According to owner Andy Garrett, the business, which opened in 1921, will conclude sales and close doors sometime next month.
Andy Garrett, who has been running the business for the past 25 years, stated that the closing is a result of a change in career path for him and his family. He said though future plans are still uncertain, a change in the jewelry business played a part in his decision to close the store’s doors.
The exact date has yet to be chosen, however. According to Garrett, sale prices of up to 70 percent off will continue throughout the month. Garrett noted he will be offering referrals for the business’ many loyal customers.
