ELKHART – NBA Hall of Famer Bill Walton is scheduled to speak at the Lerner Theatre on May 17.
The former UCLA All-American is scheduled to speak as part of the Oaklawn Foundation for Mental Health’s 14th Spring Spectacular.
Walton, a two-time NBA champion, is scheduled to speak at 7:30 p.m. at the Lerner. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The 60-year old Walton has overcome a severe stuttering problem to become a highly-respected sportscaster since his retirement.
Tickets are $30 each or $20 for groups of 10 or more and are available at the Lerner Theatre box office in downtown Elkhart.
