Two candidates have now filed for Winona Lake Town Council (Ward 2) to fill a vacancy being left with the resignation of John Boal.

The two candidates are Terry A. Howie, 602 Robson Rd., Winona Lake; and
Dennis L. Duncan, 105 Freedom Ln., Winona Lake.

Declaration of Candidacy forms must be filed with Kosciusko County Republican Party Chairman Randall Girod by 7 p.m. Monday, April 15. The caucus is set for 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18.
