Allen R. Rush, 48, of Warsaw, Ind., and formerly of Tippecanoe, Ind., passed away at 8:10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at Warsaw Meadows.

Allen was born the son of Larry Rush and Rebecca Futch Rush on March 21, 1964, at South Bend, Ind. He was lifelong resident of the Tippecanoe area and was employed at AM General until his illness. He also attended the Bourbon First United Methodist Church when he was able. He enjoyed all kinds of aircraft, naval memorabilia and celebrating the Fourth of July.

He is survived by his father: Larry Rush, Tippecanoe; his daughters: Nikki Temple and Tracey Schafer; a son: Joe Rush; four grandchildren; a sister: Sue Rush; and a nephew: Kyle Rush, both of Tippecanoe.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

A grave side service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at the Tippecanoe Cemetery, Tippecanoe.
