Norma Jane Bowman, 70, of Warsaw Meadows of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 12:16 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne, Ind.

She was a resident of Kosciusko County, Ind., since 1985. She had worked at various restaurants throughout her life in Nappanee and Warsaw, and she was also a homemaker.

She was born on March 7, 1943, in Elkhart, Ind., to Leslie Wingard and Florence Nancy (Hoover) Wingard. On Sept. 26, 1990, she was married to James Riley Bowman, who survives in Winona Lake, Ind.

She is also survived by two sons: Norman Lee Wingard, Goshen, Ind.; Charles Anthony Wingard, Winona Lake; two grandsons; and her sister: Roma Jean, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

No services are planned, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
