Jacob Robert Miller Sherburne, 4 hours old, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 12:46 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.

He was born Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, to Stephanie Sherburne and Jonathon Miller, of Warsaw.

Jacob is survived by his parents; maternal grandparents: Michael and Nickie Sherburne, Warsaw; paternal grandparents: Jerry and Debra Miller, Warsaw; maternal great-grandparents: Vickie Guernsey, Alabama; and William and Cynthia Sherburne, Lainsburg, Mich.; paternal great-grandmother: Phyllis Duzan, Warsaw; and paternal great-great-grandmother: Ruby Cornell, Lainsburg, Mich.

He was preceded in death by a maternal great-grandfather: Kale Guernsey; and a paternal great-grandfather: Robert Duzan.

Interment Services will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, in the Oakwood Cemetery Chapel with interment in the Garden of the Angels Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Pastor Gage Norem will officiate the services.

Funeral services are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
