The Honeywell Center in Wabash has announced the winners of its 92 County Art Show. The show, sponsored by Robert and Ines Gillespie, with additional funding from Wabash County Arts Council, features work from artists in multiple Indiana counties and is on display through March 4.

Judging the show were Audrey Dean and Kathryn Clark. Dean lives in Bluffton and is the executive director of the Creative Arts Council of Wells County, and has a masters of arts administration. Clark is from Brookston and is a fine art painter with many years of experience. Her exhibitions and awards include Hoosier Salon Annual Exhibition, Indiana Artist Club, Indiana Heritage Arts and IPAPA.

In all, 86 pieces of art were selected for display from 192 pieces submitted by 74 artists. Award winners from Kosciusko county include: Terry Armstrong, who received best of show for a painting titled “Amish Dairy Farm;” Lori Ann Biggs received third place in drawing for “Self-Portrait;” Karen Rowland received first place in other art forms for “Easy Rider” and second place for “Our Fears;” and Jason Rowland received third place in other art forms for “Unknown Man Papercut 5.”

Awards will be presented to winning artists at a reception held at 7 p.m. March 4 in the Clark Gallery. Art receptions are free and open to the public; those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP by emailing [email protected].

The Clark Gallery is open to the public, and artwork may be purchased through the Center’s box office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
