Kosciusko County Emergency Management and The National Weather Service will be offering a public Weather Observer and Outreach Weather Spotter Training course.

The event will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, at the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw. School aged children are welcome to attend and no pre-registration is necessary. Kosciusko County Emergency Management does encourage attendees to take the online course prior to attending.
