Warsaw and Winona Lake fire departments were called to a house fire at 313 N. Scott St., Warsaw, at about 8:40 p.m. Saturday.
According to Kim Komdeur, communications coordinator for the Kosciusko County Red Cross, the Red Cross is supplying the family of the home with shelter, clothing, blankets, shoes and groceries. According to Komdeur, the family includes four children.
Squad 70, the county’s fire investigation team, was called to the scene to investigate and today reports the fire was likely electrical and started in the basement.
