The No. 8 ranked Warsaw Lady Tigers defeated Penn Saturday afternoon to advance to the Elite 8 at the Valparaiso Regional and left Saturday night with the Regional title.

In game one against Penn, Nikki Grose scored a career-high 22 points. In game two against Merrillville, Jennifer Walker-Crawford had the biggest game of her high school basketball career with 19 points and 11 rebounds.

Warsaw, now 24-1, advances to play Fort Wayne South (23-3) in the one-game Northern Semistate next Saturday.
