The American Red Cross of Kosciusko County recognized The Papers Inc. owner Ron Baumgartner today for making the first donation to its 2013 Disaster Partners campaign.

Disaster Partners provides  the funds necessary to temporarily shelter the victims of house fires and trains volunteers to work with those displaced by a residential fire. This is the second year for the program. All funds donated to the effort stay in Kosciusko County.
