Kosciusko County Sheriff Rocky Goshert is announcing the promotion of several deputies within the department that has occurred over the last several months.  The following are those officers and their new respective rank:

Todd Sautter promoted to Detective Lieutenant
Matt Rapp promoted to Detective Lieutenant
Chad Hill promoted to First Sergeant
Jon Tyler promoted to Sergeant
J.D. Ayres promoted to Detective Sergeant
Josh Spangle promoted to Sergeant

Sheriff Goshert said the retirement of officers has allowed for the movements within the sheriff’s department. He also said promotions are structured to help in the future leadership and professionalism of the department.
