Juan Palmer Olivo, 35, West Fourth Street, Milford, was arrested Wednesday by Milford and Syracuse police on a federal warrant.

He was indicted on Nov. 28, 2012, in federal court on two counts of distribution
of heroin and one count of attempt to distribute heroin. An initial appearance was held Thursday with a motion by the government to detain Olivo until further proceedings.

Officers arrested him at his place of employment in Elkhart County.
