Hall & Marose Agency Inc. and Silveus Insurance Partners LLC have announced a joint venture to provide Indiana’s local communities with auto, home and personal insurance; business insurance; life, health and benefits insurance.

The new agency, Hall Marose Silveus LLC, is now located at 1021 Mariner Dr., Warsaw. The principals of both firms will remain with the new organization. Terms of the join venture were not disclosed but Gill and Roeser Holdings Inc. advised the agencies on the joint venture.

Mike Hall, president of Hall & Marose, noted, “Since 1920, when our agency began, we have focused on serving the local community by offering the best insurance products and services available. Partnering with Silveus Insurance Partners will ensure that this ideal will never change.”

Hall & Marose’s Vice President Kevin Marose said, “We will now offer more choices in insurance carriers, more insurance expertise and respond in a quicker, more efficient fashion.”

Silveus Insurance Partners CEO Craig Snow added, “We are extremely proud of the fact that the new joint venture will continue to be locally-owned and driven by local needs. The joint venture only involves Silveus Insurance Partners and does not involve Silveus Insurance Group Inc., the nation’s largest crop insurance agency, which will continue serving its customers across the country as it has for decades.
