This week’s Pet of the Week is Fiero.
Fiero is a senior horse, although his age is not known. He is a Paso Fino, very ridable and loves to be ridden by an experienced rider. He jumps and does barrels, yet you can put kids on and lead them safely.
Fiero has no bad habits except gets nervous going too far from home and he hates puddles. He was a skeleton when he arrived at Seven’s Heaven rehabilitation center, but now has a clean bill of health.
He plays well with other horses and would be perfect for someone with time to give him who wants a light yet fun ride. He can definately be a “pocket pet.”
There are no adoption fees, but a contract is required and a good home for this older boy to live out his life as your best horsey friend is a must.
Also avaibale at Seven’s Heaven is a young pot belly pig and many neutered kitties. Two fox available to suitable licensed home as well.
Call Seven’s Heaven at 260-609-7249 to inquire.
All Kosciusko County nonprofit animal rescue groups are invited to use our Pet of the Week feature to help animals find homes. Please send photos, information on the animals, and all adoption information – such as pricing, what the fee includes, and how to contact someone about the animal – to [email protected] and we will happily feature the animal(s).
