Tyler A. Huffer, 1324 E. Main St., Warsaw, has filed his Declaration of Candidacy with Kosciusko County Republican Chairman Randall Girod for the position of Wayne Township Advisory Board.

There is an upcoming Republican Caucus at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, to appoint a board member to fulfill the remainder of the unexpired term of Michael W. Reed on the Wayne Township Advisory Board. Reed will assume his duties as Kosciusko County Circuit Court judge beginning Jan. 1.

Interested eligible candidates for the position on the Wayne Township Advisory Board must file a Declaration of Candidacy with Kosciusko County Republican Chairman Randall Girod no later than 72 hours before the commencement of the caucus.
