Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following accident:

• Tuesday, Dec. 11, 4:18 a.m. North SR 15 and West 1350 North, Milford. Driver: Andres Juarez, 43, Ellsworth Street, Warsaw. Juarez was northbound on SR 15,  lost control of his vehicle on ice and struck the guardrail. Damages: up to $2,500

Syracuse
Officers of the Syracuse Police Department recently investigated the following accident and incident and made the following arrest:
Accident

• Friday, 7:30 p.m. Valleyview Drive, east of Kinder Drive. Parked vehicle registered to Kelly L. Babb, West Valleyview drive, Syracuse, was struck while parked at her residence. Damages: up to $2,500

Incident

• Saturday, 1:22 a.m. Police were called for an incident at 203 S. Huntington St. Charges are pending for possible public intoxication against a Crown Point individual.

Arrest

• Saturday, 12:21 a.m. John M. Trensha, 53, South Harkess Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond $555. He was

stopped for a traffic violation.
