A two-vehicle crash near Milford on Thursday, Nov. 29, sent one person to a Fort Wayne hospital via Lutheran air ambulance.

The crash happened at about 2:40 p.m. in front of 2266 W. 1350 N. According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department report which was just completed today, Renee A. Fell, 26, of Nappanee, pulled from a driveway at 2296 W. 1350 North and into the path of a westbound truck, driven by 33-year-old Eric A. Rasnake, also of Nappanee. Fell told police her view was obstructed by a tree.

The truck, a 1989 Ford pickup, broad-sided the driver’s side of Fell’s 2006 Cadillac. She was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital for abdominal pain. Rasnake complained of knee pain and was treated at the scene.

No citations were issued. Damages were estimated at up to $25,000.
