A two-car crash on Patterson Road in Warsaw sent at least one person to the hospital.

At about 4:45 p.m. an SUV and a passenger car collided in what was reported as a near head-on collision at the intersection of Patterson Road and Dogwood Lane.

According to a Warsaw Police report, Racquel Hoover, 17, of Warsaw, pulled into the path of the black SUV driven by Tracy Ferguson, 44, also of Warsaw. A passenger in the SUV, Emma Ferguson, 6, sustained abdominal injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment. A second child in that vehicle was uninjured.

A passenger in the passenger car, Esther Lawler, 12, sustained chest injuries and was also taken to the hospital for treatment.

Warsaw Police and Fire departments and Multi-Township EMS responded to the crash.

Damages were estimated at up to $10,000.
