Incidents
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department have recently investigated the following incidents:

• Nov. 13, 7:36 a.m. Warsaw Police responded to a domestic battery situation at South Woodland Trail.
• Nov. 13, 8:39 a.m. Patrick Boyle reported a hit-and-run accident at 1 Tiger Ln.
• Nov. 13, 4:40 p.m. Officers responded to a call of a disabled vehicle at 1000 Husky Trl.
• Nov. 13, 10:24 p.m. Eric Harman was found dead by officers at 519 Crestlane Dr.

Accidents
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department have recently investigated the following traffic accidents:

• Tuesday, Nov. 13, 8:59 p.m. Lake City Highway. Driver: Anibal Arroyo, 52, 3822 W. Cornelia Ave., Chicago, Ill. A deer ran into the roadway and collided with Arroyo’s vehicle. Damages: up to $25,000
• Tuesday, Nov. 13, 7:39 p.m. East Sheridan Street. Driver: Austin Marsillett, 16, 2666 E. Pine Dr., Warsaw. Marsillett struck a tree alongside the roadway. Damages: up to $25,000
• Tuesday, Nov. 13, 5:05 p.m. East Fort Wayne Street. Drivers: Charles Caron, 24, 3317 E. Pierceton Rd., Warsaw; and Hari Sivaprakash, 34, 1903 N. Sandpiper Dr. Apt A, Warsaw. Caron backed was backing out of the Warsaw Police Department parking lot and collided with the vehicle heading eastbound. Damages: up to $5,000
• Monday, Nov. 12, 2:29 p.m. South Buffalo Street. Driver: Judith Servies, 64, 1939 Chapman Lake Dr., Warsaw. Servies backed into a parked vehicle near the Marsh Supermarket parking lot. Damages: up to $2,500
• Monday, Nov. 12, 7:41 a.m. Parker Street. Drivers: Kenneth Bellman, 66, 5176 E. 200 North, Warsaw; and Steven Ashton, 61, 1754 Husky Trl, Warsaw. Bellman rear ended Ashton. Damages: up to $2,500
• Monday, Nov. 12, 7:15 a.m. 1 Tiger Ln. Driver: Linda Hernandez, 35, 232 Chamberlain Dr., Warsaw; and Collin Groves, 17, 118 W. School St., Leesburg. Groves collided with Hernandez in the parking lot. Damages: up to $2,500
• Saturday, Nov. 10, 1:10 p.m. South Indiana Street and East Market Street. Drivers: Charles Hively, 33, 1707 Vandeveer St., Warsaw; and Coby Lough, 23, 321 Heat Heatherwood Ln., New Haven. Lough went through a red light and collided with Hively in the intersection. Damages: up to $10,000
