Syracuse Police recently investigated the following incidents:
Incidents

• Saturday, 2:13 p.m. Brittany Richardson, North Lake Street, Syracuse, reported vandalism to her vehicle.
• Friday, noon. Janua Riley, East Palm Drive, Syracuse, reported an incident regarding conversion at Expressions by Mary Jane. Value: $35.
• Friday, 10:23 a.m. Angelica Garcia, North Sleepy Beauty Lane, Cromwell, reported a lost or stolen phone.
• Thursday, 10:30 a.m. Jennifer N. Bradford, North Main Street, Syracuse, reported fraudulent checks being cashed in her name.

Arrest

• Saturday, 2:05 a.m. David A. Sandoval, 52, South Edgewater Drive, Syracuse, charged with disorderly conduct. Bond: $300. Sandoval was ordered by police to stay quiet during an investigation but refused.
