KCH, Sleepy Owl Win Awards

Over 3,000 visitors in two days came out to visit the 76 exhibitors recently at the Annual Taste & Trade Expo 2012, which was held at the Orthopaedic Capital Center at Grace College. It was two days packed full of prizes, entertainment, art exhibits, discounts, fun, and free food samples from a record 12 food exhibitors.

The People’s Choice votes were counted showing that Sleepy Owl Supper Club won Best Food Exhibitor. The Sleepy Owl Supper Club is a family owned, family-friendly full service restaurant located at 11374 North S.R. 13, in Syracuse. It also provides custom catering.

Expo Gold Sponsor, Kosciusko Community Hospital, won Best Non-Food Booth. KCH was promoting breast cancer awareness month and giving away a 6-month membership at the Wellness Center.

Both businesses were presented with a plaque noting the honor.
