Warsaw’s downtown Spooktacular event was held this evening and drew quite a cast of characters.

From hatchlings to dinosaurs, the annual trick-or-treating function is a time for young and old to dress up and come downtown for Halloween fun. Last year, about 1,000 children and adults attended, taking part in costume contests and treat gathering from downtown merchants.

The event is sponsored by the Warsaw Community Development Corporation.

This year’s costume contest is slated to begin at 8 p.m.
