Incidents
Syracuse Police investigated the following accident and incidents and made the following arrests:

• Thursday, 2 p.m. Front and Chicago streets. The officer on duty witnessed an individual driving a vehicle he knew had never received an operator’s license. Charges are pending.
• Wednesday, Oct. 17, 5:01 p.m. Sarah Semones, East Palm Drive, Syracuse, reported someone throwing mud at her apartment window.
• Sunday, Oct. 14, 4:09 p.m. Daniel MacLeod, South Edgewater Drive, Syracuse, reported his drag racing car was damaged while at another individual’s residence.
