A Leesburg woman was arrested Saturday night when police were called to her home regarding an underage drinking party.

Melissa Ellen Davidson, 45, of 30 EMS T6 Ln., Leesburg, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of minors under the age of 18.

According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, at approximately 11 p.m. Oct. 20, Central Dispatch received separate reports of the alleged party in the Lakeside Addition off of Armstrong Road. When deputies arrived, they confirmed the presence of minors who had consumed alcohol. Davidson, the mother of the one of the juveniles, was also home and taken into custody.

Information on the juveniles has been forwarded to the probation department for possible action. KCSD information does not indicate how many juveniles were involved.
