The sole petition on the agenda was approved as presented at Thursday night’s Syracuse Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.

Jerry Deturk’s petition for a variance to allow a commercial addition (a roof) to be constructed at 4.9 feet from the right of way, to allow a canopy on the east side at 2 feet from the right of way, and a canopy on the north side at 1.4 feet from the right of way. Thee were no remonstrators. The property is located at 301 S. Huntington St.

The next meeting will be at 6 p.m. Nov. 15, at Syracuse Town Hall.
