Lamar Davis of North Webster won the grand prize in the 2012 Heart of the Community Auction and Raffle to benefit the North Webster Community Center.

He choose the pontoon boat from Main Channel Marina, Syracuse, and commented, “We were really looking forward to experiencing the auction night, but then a couple of Louanna’s grandkids had an event we just had to attend so we missed it. I do want to thank Harry Kyler for selling me the ticket.”

Explained Leah Gamble, NWCC director of operations, “There were 1,746 tickets sold, approximately 900 in attendance, we grossed approximately $109,426.” Expenses are still noted so a final figure on net profit is not yet available.
