Cooks Celebrate 70th Anniversary

Louise and Clarence Cook will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary Oct. 21. Clarence and the former Louise Patterson were married Oct. 21, 1942, in Newnan, GA, by Pastor Wallace Farmer.

They are the parents of three children: Clarence E. (Jack) and spouse Marsha, Warsaw; William M. (Bill) and spouse Doris, Warsaw; and Mary Cook Evans and spouse Carl, South Bend. They have seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Clarence and Louise have lived in Warsaw since 1946. He retired after 21 years with Arnolt Corporation and 17 years with R.R. Donnelley and Sons. Louise retired from Murphy Medical Center and the office of Dr. Y. C. Lin.

They will be celebrating with a special family gathering.
