One man was taken by ambulance after crashing his moped into what appeared to be a parked SUV on Market Street.

The crash happened just after 8 p.m. Monday in the 2000 block of East Market Street, Warsaw.

The driver of the moped, Richard E. Lowe, 57, is registered as a habitual traffic violator for life. Lowe was arrested for operating while intoxicated after being treated at KCH. His bond was set at $550.

As of about 10:30 a.m. today, a complete accident report was not yet available.
