Andrew Michael Kritikos, infant son of Thomas Kritikos and Heather Treash, died at 3:17 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012, at St. Joseph Medical Center.

He was born Oct. 3, 2012 to Thomas Kritikos of Nappanee, Ind., and Heather Treash of Bremen, Ind.

Andrew is survived by his parents; grandparents: Andy (Christina) Kritikos, Nappanee; grandparents: Lisa (Dino) Ellerman, Hobart, Ind.; a grandmother and step-grandfather: Rebecca (Ralph) Bush, Bremen, Ind.; a grandfather: Allen Michael Treash, Mishawaka, Ind.; great-grandparents: Christina (Michael) Kritikos, Portage, Ind.; great-grandmother: Dorothy Underwood, Nappanee; great-grandmother: Jean Pullman, South Bend, Ind.; great-grandfather: Patrick Treash, Buchanan, Mich; and great-grandparents: Joyce (Bruce) Mullens, Hobart, Ind.

He was preceded in death by an uncle: Larry Underwood; and great-grandparents: Thomas and Audrey Underwood.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, followed by a 3 p.m. service at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Pastor Michael Vellner will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be given to the parents of Andrew M. Kritikos.
