The Kosciusko County Coroner’s Office says information on the death of a Pierceton infant will be released Friday morning.

Shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday, paramedics and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a home on Sellers Lake where it was reported the 4-month-old infant was not breathing. Scanner traffic indicated the baby was in a bed with the father when the father awoke to find the child not breathing.

The cause of death is pending the pathologist’s statements of an autopsy.
