• James Lynn Ousley, 51, 6333 E. 700 S., Pierceton, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300

• Francisco Javier Gonzalez, 24, 704 Southside Dr., Warsaw, arrested for OWI and leaving the scene of an accident. Bond: $2,000
• Ryan Daniel Weidenbenner, 31, 1458 Rutland Ct., Winona Lake, arrested for forgery and obtained a controlled substance by fraud. Bond: $25,000
• John Scott Clayton, 25, 1608 Tippecanoe Dr. Apt. B, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300
