Local artist Roxanne Coffelt continues to receive recognition and awards for her unique jewelry creations. She has won awards from the Lakeland Art Association and the Kosciusko County Fair for her work, and recently won the “Great Finds” award from On Fire For Handmade website, competing with other artists worldwide.

Roxanne lived for a time in Shanghai, China, where she learned about pearls and first began designing jewelry. After returning to the U.S. she began taking classes to learn to make jewelry herself, using pearls and then expanding to fused glass, metal clay, semi-precious stones and more.
