
At 8:33 p.m. Sept. 14, police located Mandy M. Schultz, 32, 1116 E. Market St., Warsaw, behind Papa John’s Pizza. Warsaw Police identified Schultz from previous contacts and she gave officers permission to search her belongings. They found several hypodermic needles and a cellophane wrapper containing a white powdery substance.
Schultz stated that she uses the hypodermic needles inject drugs to relieve pain. A field test kit showed the substance as methamphetamine.

A search of blue 2000 Chevrolet S-10 truck produced a substance in aluminum foil and several cotton balls, known to be commonly used with methamphetamine. The substance and cotton balls were tested with field test kits and all tested positive for the drug.
Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Kosciusko County Jail on felony charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of Possession of Paraphernalia.
