• Aug. 30. Jacinto Jack Salazar, 31, was arrested at 209 N. East St., Milford, for failure to appear and public intoxication.
• Aug. 29, 10:09 p.m. A missing person was reported.

Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following accidents:

• Wednesday, Aug. 29, 12:43 p.m. South 200 West, Silver Lake. Driver: Damian S. Feller, 33, 65 W. Levi Lee Rd., Warsaw. For an unknown reason, Feller drove off the road and struck a utility pole. Blood test results are pending. Damages: up to $10,000
• Monday, Aug. 27, 12:14 p.m. CR 900 South, Mentone. Driver: Stephanie D. Decker, 28, 4803 W. 800 S., Claypool. Driver struck a deer. Damages: up to $2,500
