Kosciusko County’s emergency services will conduct an annual training exercise in Claypool today.

Beginning at 8 a.m., various first response agencies will be putting their skills to the test in a mock emergency situation. The event will happen Claypool Park and will center around a hazardous materials and mass casualty incident. It will only be a drill.

The training exercise is held annually by Kosciusko County Local Emergency Planning Committee and is a means for Kosciusko County to constantly improving its capabilities.
